Kareena Neisius, director of Mercantile and Maritime Ltd. was arrested after 8 hours of rigorous interrogation by the FCC (Financial Crimes Commission).

This latest arrest is part of an ongoing investigation into the allocation of a lucrative contract for products by the State Trading Corporation (STC).

In a dramatic turn of events, after enduring more than eight hours of intense questioning, Neisius expressed her discomfort to the FCC investigators.

Her condition prompted the swift arrival of an ambulance from the SAMU, and in a scene that underscored the urgency of the situation, she was transported on a stretcher before being placed into the ambulance and subsequently transferred to Victoria Hospital.

As the investigation unfolds, the implications of her testimony and the circumstances surrounding the contract allocation remain a focal point of interest. Whether she faked illness to get out of the situation or was she genuinely sick, remains to be verified.
